FORMA overview dashboard in Turkish: counters for active suppliers, open nonconformities, ongoing 8Ds and PPM, a quality trend chart and a priority list.

What it is

Supplier quality work tends to live in scattered spreadsheets and email threads. FORMA is my attempt at a calmer home for it: a Turkish/English web app where a nonconformity is opened once and then followed all the way to closure.

How it works

A record captures the supplier, part, drawing revision, batch, quantities, defect code and first containment. From there it can become an 8D, a supplier warning or a request for conditional use. The 8D runs step by step with evidence, and closing requires a manager and proof that the fix worked. Evidence files are checked by size and file signature, email drafts are written in either language (sending is simulated in the demo), and every decision lands in an audit trail.

The supplier page goes deepest: monthly PPM, defect rates per part number and goods-receipt history, all filterable and exportable to a multi-sheet Excel file.

Where it stands

Technicians, engineers, managers and a super user each see and do different things; an engineer, for example, can only move the 8D steps of their own records, and only a manager can approve conditional use. It is a personal MVP that runs locally. Every company, person and record in it is fictional sample data, including the names in the screenshots.
